Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Wallerson Allied Health is committed to making our website, www.wallersonalliedhealth.com.au, accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disability. We believe everyone should be able to find information about our space and get in touch with us easily.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a practical target. In working towards this, we try to:

  • use clear, plain language;

  • maintain sufficient colour contrast between text and background;

  • provide text alternatives for meaningful images;

  • structure pages with proper headings so they can be navigated with assistive technology;

  • ensure the website can be navigated by keyboard where possible; and

  • design pages that adapt to different screen sizes and devices.

Known limitations

Our website is built on the Wix platform, and some elements of accessibility depend on that platform and on third-party content. We are working to identify and address any barriers over time. If you encounter a part of the website that is difficult to use, we would like to hear about it.

The physical space

Our consulting suite at C01, 37 Bosisto Street, Richmond is designed to be calm and welcoming. If you are visiting and have specific access needs, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to assist.

Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website and our space. If you have trouble accessing any content, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
